According to a report in The British Esperantist: "It contains one story from La Karavano (Wilhelm Hauff: trad. Eggleton) read by Fred Wadham. Parolanta Libro is a gramophone record, made for use with a special machine with a very slow speed (24 rpm) available only for blind people. Each side of the record contains 20-25 minutes, so that a complete book can be presented on not many discs."
